How long will it take to receive the sample product?
Our sample products are generally shipped out within 1-3 week. Please keep in mind our processing time does not include weekends or holidays
How long does it take to receive our private label products?
Once you place your order for our MOQ’s, our manufacturing time frame is 4-6 weeks from the time that your order is placed. The manufacturing time does not include weekends. Shipping takes an additional 5-7 business days via UPS or USPS
Are your products all natural?
We formulate our products with several organic, natural and plant-derived ingredients. No product is 100% natural. There is no such thing as a natural preservative that will be effective.
What is the shelf life of your products?
Our shelf life is 12 months from the date of purchase.
What bottle options do you offer ?
We currently offer only PET packaging.
Will your prices ever change
We try our best to maintain low affordable prices, however they are subject to change at any time as we reserve that right.
Are you only shipping within the United States?
Yes, as of now we are only shipping within the United States.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We send out invoices or you can directly order on our website, we accept debit/credit card.
What are your minimum order quantities?
Our minimums start as low as 10 units per product.
Do you provide labels for my products?
Unfortunately, we do not offer this. We send out our products bottles with no label. But we do have companies we can refer you to for labeling services
Do you offer refunds if I do not like the products?
No, due to the nature of our products we do not offer refunds on any of the products that are shipped to you.
My package says delivered but isn't at my delivered address. What now ?
Once an item leaves our facility we are no longer responsible. We always advise to double check the address you used as your shipping address. If an issues occur with a delivered package please contact USPS or UPS
