Shipping and processing Terms
The processing time for sample orders are 1-3 weeks and larger orders is 3-5 weeks. After your order has been processed and shipped, delivery time within the United States is 5-10 business days. Orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) or UPS. Please keep in mind that during holidays, this time may vary.
Turnaround time may vary during high demand. Be sure to plan orders in advance or inquire.
We do not allow any changes to a orders. please review your cart before submitting it.
Placing an order is done via email email@example.com or directly on our site. If an inquiry is sent via email then we will send you an invoice. Product packaging fee is included in each product price. Minimum starting of 10 of each product is required. Anything less will be at retail prices. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following business day. Please allow 24-48 hours for response to emails.
Due to the nature of our products and that each product is made to order. unfortunately we are unable to accept returns once the product(s) have shipped. If you receive defective or damaged merchandise, we will gladly replace the items with proper documentation and proof. We ask that you send us an email to Order@surpriseessentialspl.com. If items are damaged you have 4 days to contact us. All sales final after 4 days of being delivered. If you receive your goods damaged, we will not be able to refund the order, however we will replace the order at no additional charge to you. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Lost or Stolen Package
Surprise Essentials Private Label will not be held responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. U
